For over a decade, I have led diverse stakeholders seeking to improve outcomes for communities, organizations, and individuals, with a focus on increasing climate action. This work has spanned the public, private, and non-profit sectors, as well as numerous political campaigns and volunteer opportunities. In every role I hold, I seek to address community challenges through comprehensive policy making, active stakeholder engagement, targeted investments, and innovative solutions that improve quality of life, enhance built environments, and steward natural resources. I am also committed to investing in the sustainability and resiliency of actors at the forefront of systems change so that they can stay engaged in their work and their lives. My areas of expertise include climate action, leadership development, stakeholder engagement, policy design and implementation, and organizational management. I studied business and government policy, with a focus on management, leadership, and decision-making at the Harvard Kennedy School and completed my coach training with the Co-active Training Institute and Climate Change Coaches.
