Consulting: Drawing on over fifteen years of experience designing and implementing nation-leading climate policies, I support clients seeking to solve systemic challenges, navigate technical, cultural, and behavioral change, and bring about paradigm shifts in their organizations and in the world. Services include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, research and analysis, and writing.
Group Facilitation: I support organizations seeking to utilize stakeholder dialogue and community engagement to create previously unimagined solutions to complex challenges. Services include stakeholder mapping, power building analysis, process design, agenda development, facilitation, and outcome documentation.
Coaching: I am committed to supporting individuals as they navigate the demands of bringing about positive change in organizations, communities, and the wider world. To do so I draw on my training in Adaptive Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School and in coaching with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the Climate Change Coaches. One-on-one coaching engagements are designed to support clients in clarifying and pursuing their personal and professional goals by creating a supportive relationship through which to identify and process opportunities and challenges, cultivate new capacities, and take action on next steps.
